How long does shipping to the US take?

We usually dispatch your order the same day. Standard shipping reaches the US in about 10–15 days; express in about 3–7 days. Times can vary slightly with customs and your local courier, and every order is fully tracked.

Where does your tea come from?

All our teas come from China's core tea regions. We have our own gardens in Yunnan, Guangdong and Fujian and work closely with experienced local farmers, so every leaf is traceable to its origin.

How fresh is the tea?

Freshness means different things by type. Greens are best young and sealed quickly to lock in aroma; oolongs benefit from some maturation; Pu-erh and white teas are meant to age, resting in our climate-controlled cellar. Whatever you order arrives at its best drinking stage.

How do you ensure quality?

Drawing on Ruifeng Hao's 40 years, we control every step: our own gardens, designated harvesting with partner farmers, professional evaluation of raw material, and climate-controlled storage. Every batch is tasted by our tea team before it reaches you.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We stand behind every tea. If something isn't right, contact us within X days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement, exchange or store credit. See our Returns policy for details.

For over forty years, the Ruifeng Hao family has devoted itself to Chinese tea. Three generations on, we continue that calling through The Tea Pure. Our roots run through a tea museum, over 10,000 square metres of aging cellars, and our own gardens in Yunnan, Guangdong and Fujian, tended with trusted local farmers.
