What is your minimum wholesale order?
There is no single MOQ that applies to every wholesale project. Minimum quantities depend on the tea, pack size, packaging and degree of customisation. Bulk tea normally has different minimums from fully customised private-label production.
Can we order samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. Paid samples can be arranged for suitable teas. We confirm the selected samples, sample cost and international shipping cost before preparing them.
Do you offer private label tea and custom packaging?
Yes, private-label and custom packaging options can be considered. MOQ, packaging structure, lead time and cost depend on the scale and specifications of the project.
Can you recommend teas if we do not know what to choose?
Yes. Tell us your target customer, market position, flavour preferences, expected price level and intended use. We can narrow the range to a more manageable shortlist for sampling.
How long does a wholesale order take?
Timing depends on tea availability, quantity, packaging, customisation and shipping destination. Standard bulk tea and fully customised private-label projects can have very different timelines, so we confirm the estimated schedule with the quotation.
Do you ship wholesale tea internationally?
International shipping can be arranged to many destinations, subject to the products, order size, carrier options and import requirements for the destination. Shipping method and cost are confirmed as part of the quotation.
