Growing up around tea
Our founder grew up with the tea rooms, leaf handling and brewing conversations of a family tea business. Ruifeng Hao was part of that early familiarity with Chinese tea: its shapes, its storage, the vessels used to prepare it and the range of preferences around the table.

Bringing an engineer’s questions back to the cup
