Destinations and delivery charges

Enter your country and complete address at checkout to see available delivery options and their charges for the items in your cart. If no method appears, the address or product combination needs review before you can order. Do not assume a general banner applies to your destination.

Preparation and carrier transit are separate

Our current preparation guidance allows up to 7 business days before dispatch. Carrier transit starts after dispatch, and any delivery estimate depends on the destination, service and customs process. A confirmation email is not proof that a parcel has shipped. Contact us before purchase if you need a time-specific delivery.

Tracking and customs

Use the shipping confirmation for your carrier link and read how to track your order. Customs clearance, duties and local charges can depend on the destination and the shipping arrangement. Check the charges displayed at checkout and ask us about anything unclear before payment.

If an address or delivery needs attention

Contact info@theteapure.com with the order number as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch may not be possible. For damage or a missing item, keep packaging and use after-sales support.
