Choosing and preparing tea
Which Chinese tea is a good first choice?
Start with flavour and preparation. A floral black tea, a fresh green tea and a deeper ripe pu-erh offer different directions; none is a universal beginner’s tea. Use the tea finder and begin with one pack before buying a larger set.
Are tea cakes and pearls the same as tea bags?
No. A cake supplies many measured portions, while a pearl or mini cake has its own listed weight. Some portions may be too large for a small mug. Read the format and brewing instructions.
Does osmanthus-fragrance Dancong contain flowers?
The fragrance name can describe a natural tea aroma. A scented blend with added flowers is a different style. Check the ingredients on the specific listing rather than treating the name as an ingredient list.
Ingredients, quantity and the gift box
Do white tea and floral blends contain caffeine?
They do when they contain regular tea leaves. White tea, aged tea and blends with petals or citrus are not automatically caffeine-free. Read caffeine in Chinese tea.
How much tea or how many pieces are included?
Use the listed net contents and pack count. A two-box set is different from a single pack, and a drinking cup is not necessarily a brewing vessel. If a quantity or measurement is missing, ask about the exact product.
Does a Five Elements pairing tell me which tea I must drink?
No. Our Wu Xing pairings are cultural starting points. Choose the ingredients, flavour and preparation that suit your own preferences.
Payment, delivery and tracking
Where do I see the delivery charge?
Enter the complete delivery address at checkout to see available services and charges for the items in the cart. If no option appears, contact us with the country and products. Read shipping information.
What payment methods can I use?
PayPal is a checkout option. Other eligible card or wallet options depend on what is offered for the order and provider. The payment guide explains how to check before paying.
How do I find tracking?
Use the link in the shipping confirmation, or check your account’s available order information. An order confirmation and a shipping confirmation are different stages. See tracking help.
After delivery and business enquiries
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Keep the item and packaging, photograph the outer box and affected pieces, and send the order number through after-sales support. For refund eligibility and conditions, read the published Refund Policy.
Should I send a return immediately?
Contact us first. For eligible returns, the Customer Service Team confirms the return method and applicable shipping costs or fees case by case. Wait for those details before arranging transport.
Can you discuss wholesale or custom packaging?
Yes, send the destination, intended use, tea styles, quantity and packaging brief through the wholesale enquiry route. Project terms are confirmed in a quote.
