At home
Make it your way.
Brew the white tea and black tea separately: start with 3 g per 250 ml. For white tea use about 85°C /185°F for2–4 minutes; for black tea use90–95°C /194–203°F for2–3 minutes. Strain when the strength suits you.
Keep dry tea in a cool, dry, odour-free place, protected from sunlight, heat and moisture. Close the pack after use and keep aromatic blends separate from strong-smelling foods.
