At home
Using & caring for it.
Mug or teapot: 1 sachet of your chosen tea per 250–300ml; Green: 75–80°C / 167–176°F; oolong: 95°C / 203°F; start with Green: 1–2 minutes; oolong: 2–3 minutes.
Give the leaves room to open and remove or strain the tea when it reaches your preferred strength. Re-steep while the flavour remains enjoyable. These are starting points: adjust the leaf amount, water and time to your taste.
