Shipping & Return

 

Do you ship overseas?

We currently deliver to addresses in SE Asia or can put you in touch with a The Tea Pure distributor in your country. If you are located outside of SE Asia, please contact us at hiteamate@gmail.com for advice on shipping to your country or for local contacts.  

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will arrive at the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays and other public holidays. During peak periods such as before Christmas and Chinese New Year, please allow extra time for your order to reach its destination.

 

Can I return my product?

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for perishable items, such as packaged teas and tea leaves. However, if you receive a defective item, we’re happy to offer a replacement or a refund in voucher credits. To assist you, please share the invoice and photos of the issue with our Customer Service Team. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability and will be for the same product. Can I ship to multiple locations?

Sorry, not at this time. You will have to place a different order for each delivery location.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

All deliveries are handled by SF Express unless we receive special request.

What are your accepted payment methods?

The Tea Pure accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.

 

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course! The Tea Pure is a popular gift item that is always welcomed. Just enter the recipients address details on the check out page. Simply You can add a message in the parcel.

 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer gift wrapping although The Tea Pure items are beautifully packaged in any case. However, we can attach your message to the lucky recipient. Please email us as soon as possible after receiving your order confirmation to give us the message you would like included on your order.

 

Can I get my product personalized?

We do not offer private labelling for The Tea Pure products.

 

 

Tea Quality & Testing

 

What are you doing to ensure the quality and safety of The Tea Pure products?

The quality and safety of all our tea offerings is our mandate, to ensure that you enjoy only the highest quality and safest teas. All of our teas are naturally produced and undergo stringent quality assurance testing for pesticides and microbial contamination from the garden level to the post-harvest facilities, and through the final production processes and handling.

The Tea Pure conventional blends, while not organic, undergo strict quality procedures. Washing/cleaning/sorting is one of the early processes for raw agricultural products. Each ingredient (tea, herbs,  flowers and other plant ingredients have to be processed and tested according to good manufacturing practices before blending and packing to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the product. All tea ingredients are tested before blending and packaging. All quality, food safety and toxicological safety are ensured in compliance with EU and US pesticide regulations.

Flavors
The Tea Pure offers a wide selection and conventional teas and herbal tisanes with or without flavoring. We use natural flavoring in some of our blends to create a unique taste experience. Flavored teas, both conventional and organic, are safe, clean and of as high a quality as unflavored teas. The Tea Pure flavored teas are free from allergens and GMOs.

All of The Tea Pure products are GMO free.

 

Is there an expiration date on tea?

Tea does not have an expiration date, but it can start to lose freshness over time. At The Tea Pure we label all of our products with a "best by" date to ensure that you experience the best we have to offer.

We do recommend storing your tea in a dry, cool, dark space. Tea needs to be kept away from heat, light, air, and moisture to ensure its freshness. Do not store your teas in the freezer or refrigerator.

 

Is your tea certified Kosher?

The Tea Pure is dedicated to offering pure tea, free from any added flavors, essences, or dried fruits. We focus solely on clean, unadulterated tea, preserving the original taste and natural essence of the leaves, ensuring every cup is authentic and true to its roots.

 

Is your tea Gluten Free?

Yes, all of our teas are Gluten Free.

 

Is your tea vegan?

Every tea leaf is sourced from nature, vegan-friendly and free from additives, perfectly suited for those who seek purity and health. Savor the authentic taste of tea in every sip.

Do you have any retail outlets?

What are your customer service hours of operation?

Our customer service staff are available for e-mail and phone assistance Monday – Friday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm HKT, excluding public holidays. Please  email hiteamate@gmail.com for assistance.

 

How do I unsubscribe from your promotional emails?

We send occasional updates and promotional offers if you make a purchase or sign-up to our promotional newsletter. If you wish to be unsubscribe, click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. Note: You will continue to receive Order and Shipment Confirmation emails for any orders placed. Your unsubscribe request may take up to 24 hours to be processed, thank you for your patience.
